When you first contact Beach Buddies, we will ask you to fill out some details in our secure pet portal, that way we can better understand you and your pet's needs. Next you can set up an in person meet & greet or an intake call.  This is so you can get to know us and our services and we can get to know you and your pet family.   We will chat about your pets, what they like / do not like and what kind of care they need while you are away. We will also review the pet portal and how to request new reservations and make payments.

We use a Pet Sitting Software that allows you to make/edit sitting requests, update your pet's information and pay invoices online - this makes sure that we are all on the same page with what your pets will need. Fill out the form below and someone will reach out to you within 24 hours.
